What to do in London - things to do, top attractions

London travel video guide:

As fashion-forward as it is timeless and as cosmopolitan as it is quintessentially British; London is a city of enchanting contradictions. Your Wizz Air Ambassador Violeta and Brad the traveler are ready to guide you through this top destination.

Welcome to London, the home of red double-decker buses, fish&chips, black cabs and iconic telephone boxes. We simply cannot wait to discover what London has to offer. Let's go!

London is a city that seamlessly blends the old and new: demure Victorian townhouses stand against futuristic skyscrapers; world-class history museums are next to edgy independent art galleries; sprawling flea markets are flanked by designer boutiques. But more than anything, London is the kind of city that leaves a lasting impression -- one that begs to be explored time and time again.

London is packed with attractions, historic sights, and world- famous iconic symbols. You can listen to the incredible bells of Westmin- ster Abbey, visit the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace or head to St Paul's Cathedral, the home of many royal wedding - the possibilities for a memorable sightseeing are endless.

London is a real treat for museum lovers. And the best part is that many of them can be visited for free, including the National Gallery, the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum.

London is full of huge parks which the locals refer to as the lungs of the city. Hyde Park is one of the biggest and best known. Head to Speakers Corner, the home of free speech.

If you are into shopping then Regent Street and Oxford Street are the places to visit as they are full of huge megastores and great boutiques.

Soho is one of London's most famous areas, it's a close-knit tangle of busy streets with some of London's best cafes, music venues, pubs, shops and nightclubs.

Along with Broadway in New York, the West End in London is the most famous theatre district in the world. No matter whether you are looking for a musical, drama or a comedy you will surely find the very best selection here.

Good-bye Brad!

What to do in Dubai

http://youtu.be/nL3bT_AcgKg

What to do in Dubai - things to do, top attractions

Travel video guide about Dubai:

Whatever your pleasure - sandy beaches for sunbathing, shopping or visiting the tallest building in the World, Dubai has it all. Your Wizz Air Ambassador Alice and Brad the traveler are here to be your host on this excellent journey.

As-salaam 'alaykum! Shopping, deserts, sunny weather and an unbelievable scale of luxury awaits you here: Welcome to Dubai!

Part of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai is the quintessential home of sand, sun and shopping. A century ago, it was a tranquil port of Bedouin traders and pearl divers.

Today, the merchants have gone international deluxe, and science-fiction skyscrapers stand alongside the mosques and wind-towers of Old Dubai.

Don your sunglasses and latest designer gear - Dubai is rich, lavish and absolutely fabulous.

Dubai's signature landmark is the Burj Al-Arab, the famous sail-shaped 7* hotel facing the Arabian Gulf. This magnificent hotel is truly the spot for James Bond movies and superstars.

Shop till you drop in Dubai, where you find the largest shopping malls in the World with an incredible variety of brands.

To enter the only mosque in the United Arab Emirates open to non-Muslim visitors, make your way to Jumeirah Mosque, which was designed to provide a better understanding of Islam.

Skyscrapers don't get any taller than Burj Khalifa, currently the tallest structure on the planet. Soaring 828 meters, with more than 160 stories!

Ride the elevator to the 124th-floor Observation Deck for astounding views over Dubai and the Arabian Gulf, or take a wander through the gardens and fountains of Burj Khalifa Park.

For many visitors, the best authentic shopping is found in the city's traditional souks, or markets. Two of Dubai's most famous markets are the Gold Souk and Spice Souk.

Whether you are visiting to buy or just look around , these places are certainly worth your visit. And remember - it is expected that you bargain.

Good-bye Brad!

20 Bizarre Phenomenons in Nature

Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr

12. The great blue hole- The Great Blue Hole is the name given to the giant underwater sinkhole, located off the coast of belize. The ridiculously large sinkhole is more than 984 feet across, and 410 feet deep and is the largest sinkhole in the entire world. The Great Blue Hole of Belize is a top destination for SCUBA divers from all over the world.

11. The black sun- In Denmark, during specific months of the year, over a million European Starlings flock together roughly 30 minutes before sunset causing the phenomenon known as the Black Sun. The birds flock together in these amazing formations from March, until the middle of May. Each flock contains up to 50,000 birds.

10. Sardine run- The Sardine run takes place from May through July in Southern Africa when literally billions of sardines are born in the colder waters of the Agulhas Bank and then head north. The large number of sardines serves as a great feeding opportunity for larger fish in the area.. There are several varying theories, some which actually contradict one another, but scientists still do not completely understand why the Sardine Run happens in the first place.

9. Sailing stones- Sailing stones, sometimes called rolling stones are stones, or rocks that move through the desert slowly without being touched at all. Generally found in desert like regions, as the rocks move across the ground they leave a trail, allowing one to actually see the path that these rolling stones have taken. Theories on what causes this geographic phenomenon vary.

8. Lenticular clouds- Lenticular Clouds are saucer shaped clouds that form near mountainous areas. Due to their shape, they have been confused for UFOs many times throughout history. These bizarre clouds can form one at a time, or stacked on top of each other. Lenticular clouds are formed when air moves over mountains and cools down enough for condensation to happen. What separates these from all other types of clouds, is that lenticular clouds don’t move at all.

7. Lake natron- Located in the Arusha Region of Tanzania, this creepy lake seems like something straight out of a science fiction movie. Although Lake Natron serves as a breeding ground for the Lesser Flamingo, it is almost completely uninhabitable because of it’s unusually high temperatures that reach up to 140 degrees fahrenheit. What is even more strange, is the fact that Lake Natron has a blood-red color, caused by the bacteria living in its water. But perhaps the strangest aspect of this unique body of water is that its salt and soda content is so high, animals who die in the water calcify, and are perfectly preserved.

6. Bioluminescent waves- Fluorescent plankton are responsible for illuminating waves washing ashore in Vaadhoo Island, Maldives, making for a surreal and beautiful sight to behold. This specific area is home to an unusually large number of bioluminescent phytoplankton whose chemical energy is turned to light-energy as they wash ashore, giving the waves a beautiful blue-ish glow.

5. Frost flower- The frost flower is a beautiful ice crystal formation that only forms under the right set of circumstances. Frost flowers are only able to form on young sea ice or thin ice of a lake in extremely cold and calm weather. The weather has to be so cold in fact, that the outside temperature must actually be colder than the underlying ice.

4. Shilin Stone Forest- The Shilin Stone forest is the chinese equivalent of Stonehenge and has remained a mystery to archeologists since its discovery. The beautiful formations hold their own place in Chinese culture and folklore as well.

3. Underwater crop circles- These strange formations found on the ocean floor have been referred to as underwater crop circles. The formations were first found in 1995 off the coast of southern Japan and are roughly seven feet in diameter. There was no explanation for these strange underwater formations until 2011, when a male puffer fish was actually spotted creating one. The formations take between seven and nine days for the male puffer fish to create and are used as a way to attract female puffer fish.

2. Devils Marbles: The Devils Marbles are two extremely large rocks in Northern Territory, Australia. They have become something of a tourist attraction and are actually sacred to the Aboriginal people of the region.

1. Cueva de los Cristales- Cueva de los Cristales, otherwise known as the Cave of the Crystals is an amazing cave located in Chihuahua, Mexico. The cave contains crystal formations like no other formations in the world, such as selenite crystals which are among the largest natural crystals, and is truly an amazing sight to behold. The cave is actually located nearly 1,000 feet below the surface of Chihuahua.

What the Earth would look like if all the ice melted - (Amazing 10 million views!!!)

We learned last year that many of the effects of climate change are irreversible. Sea levels have been rising at a greater rate year after year, and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change estimates they could rise by another meter or more by the end of this century.

As National Geographic showed us in 2013, sea levels would rise by 216 feet if all the land ice on the planet were to melt. This would dramatically reshape the continents and drown many of the world's major cities.

When was the last time you took a vacation? I mean, not just a weekend getaway, but a real adventure in a foreign country? Everyone needs to get away some time, but travelling can be expensive if you don’t know where to find good deals. The truth is, international travel is within your reach but you have to choose the right destination if you want to make sure you have a good experience and don’t end up going broke.

In the US we’re fortunate to have one of the highest valued currencies in the world, and this makes foreign travel much more affordable than it is for people living in developing countries. Indeed, you’d be remiss to not take advantage of that and explore the world beyond your borders. If you feel like you’re due for a trip, its time you took advantage of those vacation days you’ve been saving up and hop on a plane.

So what countries are the cheapest and most interesting ones to travel to in 2016? Many countries might be inexpensive compared to the US, but not all of them might be good travel destinations. Everyone has their own idea of what makes a great vacationing spot, and everyone has their own ideas for what they would like to see and do on vacation, so in this list we tried to give you a good variety of budget destinations. Here they are in no particular order.

10 Amazing Robots That Will Change the World - (Amazing 3 million views!!!)

The day of living like the Jetsons, mechanized maid and all, gets closer all the time. Here are 10 great robots, some of which are even available to the public.

The day of living like the Jetsons, mechanized maid and all, gets closer all the time. Here are 10 great robots, some of which are even available to the public.

Number 10. Honda's Asimo. The humanoid robot stands a bit over 4-feet and weighs in at 119 pounds, but its developers have packed a whole lot of functionality into its modest frame. Asimo can do sign language, play soccer, and even serve drinks.

Number 9. Kuratas. If you've ever dreamed of being the pilot of a great big robot, this is your chance. Located within its 13-foot tall frame is enough room for an onboard commander. Oh by the way, it can be controlled with an iPhone.

Number 8. Atlas. Commissioned by the Pentagon, and engineered by Boston Dynamics, this disaster rescue dynamo is built to perform the heroic task of saving lives without risking its own.

Number 7. Termite Robots. These little guys are designed to do tough, tedious building work and their way of working was inspired by termites. The bots assess their environment, take cues from one another, and get to work even though they haven't a clue of the bigger plan.

Number 6. Cheetah Cub. Wanting to know how to make robots take control of tough terrain with the grace of a feline, scientists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology made a robotic cat. Using it, they can assess joint force and agility without having to harm an actual animal.

Number 5. WildCat. Not to be confused with the aforementioned Cheetah Cub, the WildCat is the newest generation of Boston Dynamics Cheetah robot line. These machines are made for speed, traveling up to 29 miles per hour. While previous versions were indoor sorts, this one is suited to run free.

Number 4. VGo Virtual Student. Stuck at home with a severe immune disorder, a student in Texas is now able to attend classes thanks to a robot. She can power the virtual version of herself via internet and participate in what's going on thanks to a webcam.

"Miranda suffers from a weak immune system that doesn't allow her to attend class in person but thanks to this robot pilot program she's back in the classroom."

Number 3. Robo-Fly. It's tiny and fast, weighing only 80 milligrams and flapping it's wings up to 120 times per second. Once technology advances and can make it a battery small enough, the robotic insect is predicted to be a helpful tool in search and rescue missions.

Number 2. The Mab. It flies around your house, senses where it's dirty, and then deploys a bunch of tiny little cleaning bots to make the area sparkle. It's just a concept, but was enough of one to win the Electrolux Design Lab competition.

Number 1. Curiosity. NASA's Mars rover has accomplished far more than any other robot can imagine so to speak. It's only been on the Red Planet for about a year and a half, but has already determined that there could have once been life there.

If you could design a robot, what would you make it do?

8 Best Places To Travel Alone.

A solo traveling experience is a different experience altogether. It gives you time to look deep within. This is the way to get out of all the society prejudices and judgmental looks. Traveling alone gives you an opportunity to meet new people and look deep into the local culture.

When you are with someone or with a group of friends, you tend to miss doing things that you would have otherwise done, if you had come alone. Also sometimes with your friends you have to do what the group likes, giving you less opportunity to explore the place that you visit.

You also get many temporary fellow travelers who share their experiences. For this, you need to have the trust factor. Personally, I love to travel alone and speak to strangers, with them I can open up on any topic, be it personal or general.

The one reason to do that would be that I know I will not have to face the same person again and this is the reason why I can talk to them about anything without worrying about their prejudices. This is the reason why solo traveling is necessary for everyone, and you should experience this at least once in your lifetime.

These places to travel alone must be beautiful and quaint. Many times, while discovering these places, you end up discovering yourself. The time you spend alone gives you time to look deep within yourself. Never consider language as a barrier, the only language spoken globally is the language of love and trust. You can easily communicate with anyone using these two tools and of course end up in actually learning a new language.

There are certain factors that matter that you must keep in mind when you are about to decide on a location like safety concern and how friendly is the neighborhood. The perfect place to roam around should also not need a traveling guide. There are many easy to travel places in this world. You can travel there by foot, by taking a lift from strangers or may be by renting a bike or car. Here are some of the best places to travel alone:

1: New Zealand

2: Norway

3: Tibet

4: Bhutan

5: Costa Rica

6: Bali

7: Fiji

8: Canada

These places are just some of the places that you must visit as a solo traveler, there are also many other places and countries all around, waiting for you to explore.

Skydiving into the Blue Hole, Belize - (Amazing 10 million views!!!)

Skydiving into the Blue Hole, Belize - (Amazing 10 million views!!!)

http://yogaFLIGHT.com

http://rvthereyet.ca

The ultimate skydive in my 22 years of jumping! Exit from 13,500 feet in PERFECT weather conditions (ie endless blue skies, puffy clouds and NO wind) with my beautiful husband slaDE~ and our Arizona friend, Ginger. I deployed at 8,000 feet so I could soak in all the exotic beauty and sublime heavenly experience. A once in a lifetime never-to-forget skydive!!! BTW, my canopy is red, black and gray, and I am the last person to land in this video. WOOHOO!

The Great Blue Hole is a stunning circular jewel surrounded by a ring of shallow luminous coral reef in the Lighthouse Reef Atoll. Measuring 1,000 feet across and more than 400 feet deep, this ocean-floor limestone sinkhole is believed to be the world's largest blue hole, made famous by Jacques Cousteau. Atolls are characterized by a large, fairly shallow lagoon surrounded by coral reefs. Only four known true atolls exist in the Western Hemisphere, and of these, three reside in Belize: Turneffe, Lighthouse and Glovers.

"36 Nights" - Traveling Through Europe with a GoPro

"36 Nights" is a montage/documentary that shows our travels through 11 cities in nine countries with them being Venice, Italy; Milan, Italy; Zermatt, Switzerland; Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; Copenhagen, Denmark; Stockholm, Sweden; Kraków, Poland (as well as a day trip to Auschwitz concentration camp); Budapest, Hungary; Vienna, Austria and Prague, Czech Republic. "36 Nights" was filmed entirely on the GoPro Hero2 and was filmed and edited by Michael West.

Links to individual chapter videos are found at the bottom, as well as key points in the full length film that you can click on to skip ahead to.

I came home with 4,321 video clips totaling 12 hours, 47 minutes and 36 seconds of raw, unedited footage (86.49 gigabytes worth). Including the travel days to and from Europe, it equaled out to me shooting an average of 20 minutes and 12 seconds of raw video per day.

In getting from city to city, we spent a total of 53 hours and 42 minutes aboard planes and trains traveling to our next destination.

The Most Dangerous And Extreme Railways In The World - (Amazing 17 million views!!!)

The Most Dangerous And Extreme Railways In The World - (Amazing 17 million views!!!)

The most dangerous, extreme and beautiful railways in the World. A video you must watch: the World's most incredible, unbelievable, unimaginable, impossible and amazing railways!

The most spectacular railways of the world, including:

- Maeklong Railway, Thailand: the railway crosses the Maeklong market, one of the largest fresh seafood markets in Thailand

- Burma railway, Thailand/Myanmar: also known as the Death railway, was built by the Empire of Japan during World War II

- Indian railways: India has the world's busiest railway system whit over 8 billion passengers every year and the most dangerous one: more than 25,000 people die annually on India's railways

- Nepal railways: Nepal has just two railway lines with a total of 37 miles (60 km) and the train makes only two trips a day

- Nariz Del Diablo railway, Ecuador: the construction of this railroad began in 1899 and its highest point has an altitude of 11,841 ft (3609 m)

- Rameswaram Pamban Bridge, India: it is considered the most dangerous sea bridge due to its location in a cyclone-prone high wind velocity zone

- White Pass and Yukon route, Alaska: the railroad began construction in 1898 during the Klondike Gold Rush to reach the goldfields

- Pilatus railway, Switzerland: the world's steepest cogwheel railway

- PaSak Chonlasit Dam, Thailand: one of the longest rail bridge in the world

- Kuranda railway, Australia: many lives were lost during the construction that began in 1882 to provide supplies to tin miners

- Gokteik Viaduct, Myanmar

- Gelmerbahn funicular, Switzerland: the second steepest funicular railway in the world (maximum incline: 106%) but definitely the most impressive one, giving the fun of a roller coaster

- Bernina and Albula railways, Switzerland, jointly recorded in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites; the Bernina railway is one of the steepest adhesion railways in the world across the Oberalp Pass on the highest point at 2,033 m (6,670 ft) in altitude

- Cumbres & Toltec railroad, New Mexico: runs over the 10,015 ft (3,053 m) Cumbres Pass and is the highest and longest narrow gauge steam railroad in the United States

- Tren a la nubes (Train to the Clouds), Argentina: this railway connects the Argentine northwest with the Chilean border in the Andes and climbs more than 10,000 feet (3000 m) to reach an altitude of 13,800 feet (4200 m)

- Token exchange: this rudimentary and very dangerous railway signalling is incredibly still in use in some Asian nations, including Sri Lanka, Singapore and Thailand; a token is a physical object which a locomotive driver is required to have before entering onto a particular section of a railway

- North Borneo railway, Malaysia: construction began in 1896 and was almost entirely destroyed during the Second World War

- Mullan Pass, in the Rocky Mountains of Montana

- Qinghai–Tibet Railway, China: connects China to the autonomus region of Tibet and has a length of 1,215 miles (1956 km); the line includes the Tanggula Pass, which, at 16,640 feet (5072 m) above sea level, is the world's highest railway

So, when you win the lottery, it is definitely a rare occasion and will likely not happen again. When one buys a lottery ticket, fantasies and dreams about what one would do if they suddenly had thousands, or even millions of dollars. But truth be told, it seems that winning the lottery is more hassle than glamorous, at least for these ten people on this list. As soon as they won the lottery, it seemed it disappeared immediately. Why? Well, let’s take a look at the tragically lucky crew and find out.

For example, Willie Hurt was married with children who was loved and well respected in his community. Then, he won the lottery and got $3.1 million. But, the road to fortune was a cruel one for Willie, as he quickly descended into a lifestyle of drug use. The actions cost him his marriage as well as custody of his kids. After a messy court battle, Willie was then convicted of murdering his girlfriend, which he committed during a drug and alcohol binge. Sounds like money was the root of all evil in Willie’s case.

Jose Antonio Cua-Toc has quite a unique case since he wasn’t a citizen of the United States, which is a requirement to claim your winnings and play the lotto. Jose won $750,000 but was unable to claim his money. So he had his boss, Erik Cervantes, claim the earnings. Unfortunately for Jose, Erik kept the winnings for himself, so Jose took him to court. After paying for the court fees and punitive charges that followed through, there was little to no money left. Then we have Evelyn Adams, who defied chance and coincidence and won the lottery twice, equaling to $5.4 million dollars. She must have thought her luck was still rampant, so she went to Atlantic City to try her luck, which quickly ran out, as she lost all her money and is currently residing in a trailer park.

People have been losing out on their earnings for decades. Take Vivian Nicholson for example, whose husband won about £152,319 from a football pool. Vivian was known for spending her husband’s money like mad, even after he passed away. After his death, Vivian went into a crazy spending spree and quickly ran out of money. She became penniless and isolated from her friends and family. Speaking of spending all of your winnings in one place, 16-year old Callie Rogers won about £1.9 million pounds. She spent her money on a bunch of houses, luxury vacations, and a ton of plastic surgery to maintain her looks. Callie ended up having to move back in with her mother with her two children from a deadbeat ex.

Whether they spent it all in one place, or made a series of bad decisions, these people had the world and financial stability in the palm of their hands, before they let it slip between their fingers.

'Venom Man' Lets Deadliest Snakes Bite Him - (Amazing 6 million views!!!)

'Venom Man' Lets Deadliest Snakes Bite Him - (Amazing 6 million views!!!)

SUBSCRIBE to the Barcroft network: http://bit.ly/Oc61Hj

AN AMATEUR scientist can shockingly take back-to-back bites from the world’s deadliest snakes on purpose and claims to be making himself immune from their venom. Divorced Tim Friede, 37, has self-inflicted more than 160 bites in 16 years of research and is hoping his experiments will help to develop a human vaccine for snake bites. To prove his self-immunisation theory works, Tim from Wisconsin, USA, recently took back-to-back bites from two of the world’s deadliest snakes – a taipan and a black mamba whose bite can kill in minutes. Unsurprisingly, his obsession with saving the tens of thousands of lives lost every year to snakebites has nearly killed him on a number of occasions and also cost him his marriage. His wife Beth Friede, 35, divorced him in October after 20 years together when she finally had enough of Tim’s snake obsession. Despite the controversial nature of his experiments Tim does have some backing from the scientific community. Dr Brian Hanley, a PhD Microbiologist from the University of California, says a test suggests Tim now has twice the number of antibodies and hopes his company Butterfly Sciences will help him develop his vaccine and find investors to get it into the field.
